Nope. Just show up. If you want to get the most out of it, think about what's actually bothering you (not what you think should be bothering you).
What if I'm not sure I need coaching?
Perfect. The call is for figuring that out. Most parents just need one conversation to get unstuck. If that's you, great. If you need more, we'll talk about it.
Can I bring my partner?
Absolutely. If you're co-parenting (together or separately), I encourage it. More perspectives = better clarity.
What if I can't afford ongoing coaching?
We'll figure something out. The discovery call is free regardless. And there are other resources (the playbook, the toolkit, the course) that might be exactly what you need.
Do you only work with parents?
